Order Cancellation

Orders that have been processed and prepared for shipping are subject to a cancellation fee of AED 200.

If you choose to cancel your order after the item has been shipped, you will be charged a shipping fee. Once you have rejected the item(s) and we have received the item(s) back, your credit card will be credited for the full amount minus the shipping cost.

Refund Policy

For order cancellations, refunds will be processed within 2 business days of submitting your cancellation request. We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.

The total time it takes for your refund to reflect on your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount for the cancelled product, but the issuing bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

If the company does not receive a response from the customer within a week, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If we refund via credit card, we will refund only the amount received and the bank charges will be paid by the customer.

Refunds will be made only through the bank, in case of cash payment, the customer will have to provide their bank details to receive the refund.

Return or exchange of goods

If the goods are damaged during transportation, then the exchange will be made within 1 working days from the date of filing the complaint, but the order cancellation or return will not be accepted after the order is delivered. In case of damaged goods, customers can request for an exchange by email or contact number provided on the website. The customer must provide an image or video of the damaged goods when filing a complaint for a damaged product.
